Frequent Contractions & Leaking???

I've been having these stupid contractions again.  Yesterday early afternoon they became more frequent; up to 4 an hour, but not more than 4 in an hour and yet still very irregular.  It continued all night long, making my acid reflux 100 times worse.  The contractions are still coming and going now, still very irregular and one about every 15-18 minutes.  Anyway, compound this with... TMI ALERT... maybe some leaking?  I don't know.  When I got out of the shower, I failed to put a pantyliner on (which I've been doing since my BFP to monitor any spotting) and within an hour or so, I've had to change my panties twice!  I'm not wetting a lot, but enough to have to change.  I've since put a pad on, but I can't stop worrying as to if the fluid is maybe urine leaking or amniotic fluid.  Of course I Googled, which I hate doing, but it said that amniotic fluid has a sweet smell to it.  So... I smelled it.  It doesn't smell like urine, but it doesn't exactly smell sweet either.  It has an odor, but it's hard to explain.  I am drinking a lot of water lately, as instructed, so maybe it's urine but real dilute???  My next appointment is tomorrow morning, so we'll be asking Dr B about it.  Until then, I'm going to loose my mind!
