Oh, Will This Cramping Ever Go Away???

I began cramping real bad again yesterday.  I was working, so I tried working through it.  Needless to say, by 7 PM, I could barely walk out of the department!  I figured I would begin to feel better once I got home and off my feet, but by the time I got home, I was having contractions again.


I saw Dr B today.  He's put me on bed rest "until the cramping subsides."  He also gave me strict orders to stop overdoing it.  I'm not meaning to overdue it!

I hate laying in bed.  Makes me feel worthless and non-productive.  At least it's only for a short time.

Baby is still doing great!  We still were unable to see the sex though.  The cord was running right between baby's legs and the ultrasound tech told us that the baby just has so little room right now with the fibroid that the baby just doesn't have a lot of room to spread those legs apart.  Apparently, the optimal ultrasound position is being blocked by the stupid fibroid.  The tech said hopefully next week we'll get a peek.

So, we still don't know if we're having a boy or a girl... but we're oh so happy that he/she is doing alright through all of the fibroid stuff.
